Applicant signup

Create your applicant portal account

Every account starts with applicant tools. If you also need to list rentals or manage rentals, request landlord access during signup and an admin can approve the extra module.

Applicant base

Profile, applications, saved rentals, messages, home tools, and payments.

Optional landlord module

Admin approval unlocks properties, unit listings, leads, tenants, repairs, and ledger tools.

Use at least 14 characters with uppercase, lowercase, number, and symbol. Avoid names, email usernames, and old demo defaults. Demo seed password: DemoPassword123!.
